Το Δίκτυο Γυναικών Ευρώπης είναι μία γυναικεία οργάνωση βάσης με εθελοντικό χαρακτήρα, που λειτουργεί στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση. Το Δίκτυο εργάζεται ώστε να συντονίσει και να εισαγάγει δράσεις γύρω απ' τα θέματα που αφορούν τις γυναίκες στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση. Μέλη του Δικτύου είναι ομάδες γυναικών και οργανώσεις που λειτουργούν σε Ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο και παίρνουν μέρος σε εκστρατείες που έχουν ως στόχο να επηρεάσουν την ευρωπαϊκή πολιτική για τα θέματα ισότητας.

Ο Σύνδεσμος για τα Δικαιώματα της Γυναίκας (Σ.Δ.Γ.) ιδρύθηκε το 1920 με πρωτοβουλία της Αύρας Θεοδωροπούλου. Είναι το πρώτο και μόνο αποκλειστικά φεμινιστικό σωματείο στην Ελλάδα με συνεχή λειτουργία από το 1920 (διέκοψε τις δραστηριότητές του μόνο κατά τη μεταξική δικτατορία και κατά τη δικτατορία των συνταγματαρχών). Σύμφωνα με το Καταστατικό του, ο Σύνδεσμος είναι μια μη κομματική οργάνωση της οποίας τα μέλη μπορούν να ανήκουν σε οποιοδήποτε πολιτικό κόμμα που πιστεύει στο δημοκρατικό πολίτευμα και αποκρούει κάθε καθεστώς βίας. Ο Σ.Δ.Γ. από το 1923 είναι μέλος της Διεθνούς Ένωσης Γυναικών (INTERNATIONAL ALLIANCE OF WOMEN) που ιδρύθηκε το 1902 και είναι συμβουλευτική οργάνωση του Ο.Η.Ε α΄ κατηγορίας.
